IntelliScreenX Public Beta Released
IntelliScreenX is now officially out in public beta for everyone to download.
ModMyi, a few days ago had announced that a public beta of IntelliScreenX would be released soon but there was no information on it’s ETA or when it would be out for download. But as of October 29, IntelliScreenX is being hosted on Intelliborn’s private repository. However, it will be switched and hosted on ModMyi’s on October 30. The beta can be tested for free and is available to all users- but first you have to add the following repo on Cydia:
IntelliScreenX is only in beta at the moment and the Intelliborn team is always asking for feedback as well as reports on any issues going on with the app. To do so, just contact them via twitter if you have any questions, suggestions or feedback.
Now let’s take a look at what IntelliScreenX beta has to offer! A few things have been changed since our previous article on this app but the two main ones are :
- If Twitter is enabled, the header on the Twitter page can be tapped to switch between mentions and timelines.
- Character count is available whenever the keyboard is brought up.
Here are a few things to keep in mind though:
- IntelliScreenX can only be used on iOS5
- iPads are not supported by this app at this time
- Installing the app will only require a respring, not a reboot
- When IntelliScreenX is out of beta, it will be $9.99 for new users and $7.99 to upgrade for owners of IntelliScreen.
- For users who bought IntelliScreen within the last month will be able to get IntelliScreenX for free
